Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. Certain items, such as custom orders, perishable goods, or sale items, may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please notify us of your intention to return the item within the 30-day period. Once approved, please ship the item to our return address. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
